Pistachio Cheese Cake

  • 1/2 cup plain biscuit crumbs
  • 70 grams cream cheese mixture butter
  • 10 pieces of Panda Gourmet squares
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio cream
  • 1 cup powdered pistachios
  • Sliced pistachios

Steps

  1. Mix the biscuit mixture in a food processor or blender.
  2. In a small cheesecake pan, place a small amount of the biscuit mixture, ensuring even distribution and pressing it down to make it flat. Then place it in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool.
  3. In a blender, place all the ingredients for the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base. Then bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for 30-45 minutes. Before serving, garnish with sliced pistachios.
