Pistachio Cheese Cake

- 1/2 cup plain biscuit crumbs
- 70 grams cream cheese mixture butter
- 10 pieces of Panda Gourmet squares
- 1 can of cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons pistachio cream
- 1 cup powdered pistachios
- Sliced pistachios
Steps
- Mix the biscuit mixture in a food processor or blender.
- In a small cheesecake pan, place a small amount of the biscuit mixture, ensuring even
distribution and pressing it down to make it flat. Then place it in the freezer for 10 minutes
to cool.
- In a blender, place all the ingredients for the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base. Then bake it in the oven at 180 degrees
Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for 30-45 minutes. Before serving, garnish with sliced
pistachios.
