Oven Sweet Potato
ingredients
- 800 grams sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1.2 kilograms potatoes, peeled
- 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 300 grams sour cream
- 1 cup (120 grams) shredded Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato and potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped
rosemary until well combined.
- Arrange the sweet potato and potato slices in layers in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle each layer with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Use foil to cover the baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and
the top is golden brown.
