Oven Sweet Potato

ingredients

  • 800 grams sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 1.2 kilograms potatoes, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 300 grams sour cream
  • 1 cup (120 grams) shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato and potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary until well combined.
  3. Arrange the sweet potato and potato slices in layers in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle each layer with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  5. Use foil to cover the baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
