Pound Cake

ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • One and half sticks of butter
  • One and half cups flour
  • One and half cups sugar
  • 125 grams Emmental cheese
  • one teaspoon salt
  • One teaspoon vanilla

Steps

  1. Place Emmental cheese in a bowl with the butter and mix.
  2. Add the sugar and mix. Then, add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Add the vanilla, flour, and salt, and mix at a low speed.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and bake the cake for 60-75 minutes or until the top of the cake turns golden brown.
  5. Serve it cold with a hot beverage.
