Pound Cake

- 3 eggs
- One and half sticks of butter
- One and half cups flour
- One and half cups sugar
- 125 grams Emmental cheese
- one teaspoon salt
- One teaspoon vanilla
Steps
- Place Emmental cheese in a bowl with the butter and mix.
- Add the sugar and mix. Then, add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the vanilla, flour, and salt, and mix at a low speed.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and bake the cake for 60-75 minutes or until the top of
the cake turns golden brown.
- Serve it cold with a hot beverage.
